Shockwave therapy (ESWT) is a modern, scientifically proven physiotherapy method that helps relieve back, joint and muscle pain — without surgery or injections.

Frequently asked questions
During the procedure you may feel mild, tolerable discomfort in the treated area, but it isn't painful enough to stop the session. We adjust the intensity individually.
Most patients feel improvement after just 1–2 sessions, but a stable, long-term result usually needs 3–6 sessions with about a week between each.
Some patients notice less pain after the very first session, but the full effect — tissue repair and reduced inflammation — usually shows within 2–4 weeks after finishing the course.
After the procedure it's best to avoid intense physical activity in the treated area for 24–48 hours, so the tissue can respond fully to the therapy.
