About the specialist
Jans Golubevs is a certified physiotherapist with more than 9 years of experience in physical therapy. He holds international certifications and specialises in modern, non-invasive treatment methods that effectively relieve pain and restore mobility — without surgery or medication.
In his work Jans uses some of the most advanced physiotherapy equipment in Latvia, so every patient is treated with clinically proven technology.
Jans's main specialisation is treating pain and mobility problems in the back, neck, shoulder, knee and ankle — both chronic conditions such as heel spur and epicondylitis, and post-traumatic or post-surgical rehabilitation. He makes extensive use of shockwave therapy and HILT laser therapy for inflammation and tendon problems, as well as SIS magnetotherapy and biomechanical stimulation to ease muscle tension and joint stiffness. Alongside these procedures, Jans builds individual therapeutic exercise plans so the result is lasting, not just temporary pain relief.
